The Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), is conducting a market research for Marine Coaching Services to support the Kings Point Waterfront Program at the United States Merchant Academy (USMMA). This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purpses only. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotes; the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request.
