Marine Corps Systems Command at Quantico is seeking to upgrade its existing entrance sign at the Hospital Point location to a modern digital sign. The new sign will serve dual purposes: welcoming visitors and delivering timely information to employees as they enter the command. The area is distinctive in its separation from the rest of Marine Corps Base Quantico, with its own dedicated access control points and gates, making the sign an important part of first impressions and communications. The solicitation has been amended to include current photos of the existing sign, replace the original instructions, and extend the deadline for quotation submissions to August 21, 2025, by 4:00 PM local time. A critical update requires that proposed signs must be operable via cellular connection, enhancing flexibility and real-time control. The government is open to multiple quotations per contractor, allowing for alternative digital sign solutions. This opportunity is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 339950, and interested parties are encouraged to contact the listed points of contact for additional details prior to the submission deadline.

Full Description

Marine Corps Systems Command Headquarters is situated on Hospital Point on Marine Corps Base Quantico. Hospital Point is located on a peninsula behind the Town of Quantico; it is a distinct and separate location from the rest of the base and has its own access control point with gates. Beyond the gates there is currently an antiquated sign intended to welcome visitors to the command. The purpose of this effort is to update that command sign to a digital sign capable of not only welcoming visitors to Marine Corps Systems Command but also provide timely information to employees as they enter Hospital Point. This amendment adds pictures of the existing sign. This amendment replaces Attachment 2, Instructions, in its entirety and extends the quotation due date to 21 August 2025, 4:00 PM Local Time. 20 August 2025 - this amendment specifies that quoted signs must be controllable via cellular connection. In addition, multiple quotations may be submitted with alternative sign solutions that will be considered by the Government.

Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
