The Purchaser must pay all expenses associated with the transportation of the Surplus Personal Property. If the property is not removed within five business days, payment shall be refunded and the Surplus Personal Property shall be placed for sale consistent with the policy. The five business days shall begin to run from the date on the Surplus Personal Property Purchase Form.Disclaimer of Warranties/As IsA sale of Surplus Personal Property is made “as is.” The County makes no agreement, warranty or representation, either express or implied, as to the value, design, condition, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use of the Surplus Personal Property by the purchaser or any other user.The purchaser acknowledges the Surplus Personal Property may be defective and that it cannot be relied upon for safety purposes.
