The Maryland Army National Guard is seeking a small business to provide comprehensive laundry services for the 70th RTI unit under a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued as a Request for Quote, with solicitation number W912K626QA006. The contract is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 812320 and will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis, with performance beginning on September 1, 2026, and spanning a base year plus four optional one-year periods through August 31, 2031. The contractor must pick up and deliver up to 700 pounds of laundry every two weeks, totaling 1,400 pounds monthly, servicing both the 70th Regiment Headquarters at Aberdeen Proving Ground and the W8A5 MDARNG Element in Baltimore. Services include processing military uniforms made of cotton and moisture-wicking materials, as well as linens such as sheets, pillowcases, mattress covers, and wool blankets. Items must be cleaned according to manufacturer guidelines using detergents that preserve fabric integrity, dried completely, wrinkle-free, evenly folded, neatly packaged, and free of stains, odors, hair, lint, or residue, with only a neutral hypoallergenic scent permitted. Turnaround time must not exceed seven days, with pickup and delivery occurring every Tuesday. The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to meet strict quality standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and Maryland workplace safety regulations. All employees must adhere to installation security protocols at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Baltimore locations, carry proper identification, and obtain prior approval for access to restricted areas.
