Each new unit (Medical, Admin buildings) shall be 4 tons nominal cooling capacity and include similar performance and functionality of the existing Trane models 4DCY4048B1096AA. Replacement units (Dental building) shall be sized to match the existing equipment capacities, utility connections, and building loads. Units shall be compatible with existing utilities, duct connections, gas lines, electrical service, and available roof/structural load capacities. Curb adapters shall be provided as necessary to achieve compatible installation.
