Description: Contractor shall furnish and install new packaged rooftop HVAC units to replace the existing units serving the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Administrative, Medical, and Dental Clinics. Replacement units (Admin and Medical bldgs.) shall be commercial-grade packaged gas/electric rooftop units, sized to match the existing equipment capacities, utility connections, and building loads. Each new unit (Medical, Admin buildings) shall be 4 tons nominal cooling capacity and include similar performance and functionality of the existing Trane models 4DCY4048B1096AA. Replacement units (Dental building) shall be sized to match the existing equipment capacities, utility connections, and building loads. Units shall be compatible with existing utilities, duct connections, gas lines, electrical service, and available roof/structural load capacities. Curb adapters shall be provided as necessary to achieve compatible installation. Replacement units shall deliver airflow and humidity control equal to or better than the existing units and shall be sized per ACCA/ASHRAE load requirements or manufacturer recommendations.
