MassAbility Pay - MassAbility Pay 26-V01

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and MassAbility Vocational Rehabilitation, is seeking a single vendor to implement and maintain MassAbility Pay. This solution is designed to modernize the procurement of items for program participants' service plans through the use of digital wallets, pay cards, or reimbursement systems to facilitate financial transactions. The estimated total procurement value is 15 million dollars over an initial five-year term, with the possibility of a three-year renewal. Responses to solicitation BD-27-1071-AO-02021-133208 are due by October 20, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via the COMMBUYS system.
