Mastercam 3D X9 Software The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The government need is to procure Mastercam 3D X9 software for use with their mill and lathe machine, along with the required training. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with Angsten Group Inc, DBA Shopware 2175 Point Blvd 100, Elgin, IL 60123-9218. The NAICS code for this procurement is 423430, with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and NO solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the contract specialist (Information provided below) by 23 May 2018 at 2:00 CT. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed.
