Screening Information Request (SIR) for the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Supplies and Equipment (SAVES)The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a strategic sourcing initiative under Solicitation 697DCK-25-R-00302, known as the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Supplies and Equipment (SAVES) Procurement, to establish up to eight multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for commercial IT products and related lifecycle services. The solicitation targets hardware including servers, switches, storage arrays, workstations, laptops, tablets, peripherals, audiovisual equipment, and printers, as well as associated software, cloud services, and product-based services such as asset recovery, warehousing, deployment, and configuration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, with a size standard of 150 employees, and the acquisition is structured as a Partial Small Business Set-Aside, reserving up to six awards for small businesses and up to two awards for unrestricted offerors. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email by the revised deadline of August 12, 2026, at 1700 ET, following a series of amendments that gradually extended the original due date from September 18, 2025, through multiple updates to accommodate question resolution and document corrections. Submission requirements mandate three electronic volumes: a business proposal, a technical evaluation package with ISO 9001 certification and OEM authorization documentation, and a cost/price submission using FAA-provided templates, all adhering to strict formatting and file size limits. Evaluation will follow a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, where technical acceptability—assessed through ISO 9001 certification, OEM authorization, and past performance—is a mandatory threshold before price becomes the deciding factor. Offers deemed technically unacceptable or with unknown past performance ratings are ineligible for award regardless of pricing. Contract terms are set at a ten-year period, consisting of a five-year base and a five-year option, with delivery orders requiring FOB Destination terms and delivery timelines of 20 days for CONUS and 30 days for OCONUS locations. The contract includes specific packaging and marking requirements aligned with best commercial practices and government asset identification standards, including use of unique identifiers, barcodes, and DD Form 250-like packing lists. Invoicing must be completed through the Delphi EInvoicing portal, and contractors are prohibited from using SHA-1 for digital signatures, instead requiring

iManage License SupportThe Contract Appeals Board (CAB) of the District of Columbia has forecasted a requirement for support hours related to the proprietary iManage Case Management System, indicating an upcoming need for technical assistance and maintenance services. This action is part of the agency’s planning to ensure continued operational functionality of its case management platform, which is critical to managing legal and administrative proceedings. The forecast does not specify a solicitation number, nor does it outline budgetary details, contract duration, or vendor qualifications, but it signals intent to procure ongoing support services likely including troubleshooting, system updates, user training, and data integrity maintenance. The procurement is classified as a forecast entry, meaning the exact timing and scope of the award have not yet been finalized. The place of performance and point of contact information are not provided, suggesting that details will be released in a future solicitation. The agency’s location in the District of Columbia implies that services may need to be delivered remotely or on-site within the jurisdiction, with potential preferences for local vendors or those familiar with government case management systems. Contractors should monitor future postings for a formal request for proposals or other procurement instruments that will detail response deadlines, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria.

Skin, Cabin LWR RH AThe United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center intends to award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement call to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, the Original Equipment Manufacturer, for the procurement of four Skin, Cabin LWR RH A components (NSN 1560-01-HS3-5329, Part Number 70203-82300-129) for the MH-60T helicopter under Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-22-G-0005. This acquisition is conducted as a non-competitive action under FAR 12.102(a) because the item is uniquely produced by Sikorsky with specialized manufacturing processes and testing requirements that make it available from only one source. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees, and the small business set-aside has been dissolved, rendering the requirement unrestricted. Delivery is required within 200 days after receipt of order, with an established Required Delivery Date of April 30, 2027, and early shipments are encouraged at no additional cost to the government. The F.O.B. point is origin, and all quotes are considered F.O.B. destination unless F.O.B. origin is explicitly stated with shipping costs included. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at origin by the Defense Contract Management Agency. Awards will be based solely on the government’s determination of fair and reasonable pricing, evaluated through market research, prior purchase comparisons, current price lists, industry benchmarks, and the Independent Government Cost Estimate. The response deadline for submissions has been extended to June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT, with quotations to be submitted via email to Riley.A.Ayers@uscg.mil and mrr-procurement@uscg.mil with the solicitation number 70Z03826QJ0000172 in the subject line. No solicitation package will be issued. Although the System for Award Management may require certain representations such as those under FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.213-4, and FAR 52.222-25, the contracting officer will not consider or enforce these specific clauses when making award decisions, acknowledging that entities cannot remove them from SAM registrations.
