This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA3099-26-Q-1022 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01.  This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW RFO 19.104.
