Utility coordination and permitting are integral parts of the project, which demands comprehensive planning and collaboration. The contract, valued between 15 and 25 million dollars, was posted on September 3, 2025, with a response deadline of October 9, 2025. This project aims to enhance transportation infrastructure within the region, ensuring proper utility, drainage, and structural work to support future traffic needs and safety standards.
