NOTICE OF AWARD AND NOT A SOLICITATION THIS SYNOPSIS IS POSTED TO ANNOUNCE THE AWARD OF SOLE SOURCE CONTRACTS LISTED BELOW. THIS IS ALSO TO NOTIFY FUTURE PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS TO LET US KNOW IF THEY ARE INTERESTED IN SIMILAR FUTURE SOLICITATIONS. ANNOUNCEMENT: WALTER REED NATIONAL MILITARY MEDICAL CENTER (WRNMMC) ACQUISITIION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, BETHESDA, MD ON BEHALF OF THE CLINICS AND DIVISIONS OF WRNMMC, IS ISSUING THIS NOTICE OF AWARD OF PROCURNMENT CONSIDERING BEST VALUE AND PRICE FACTORS. THE BEST VALUE FACTORS FOCUSE ON THE CONTINUATION OF SERVICES, IMMEDIATE DELIVERY FOR URGENT NEEDS AND EMERGENCY REQUIREMENTS,CONTRACTOR'S PAST PERFORMANCE, CONTRACTOR'S EXPERIENCE AND PROPOSED SOLUTION AND PRODUCT QUALITY ABILITY TO MEET WITHIN SHORT NOTICE TO DELIVER THE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE,GAVE JUSTIFICATION TO AWARD THE CONTRACT TO DIRTT WITH THE VALUE OF $64,777.07. THE AWARD IS MADE UNDER URGENT AND COMPELLING CIRCUMSTANCES FOR MEDICAL SERVICES REQUIREED FOR HEALTH MANAGEMENT, SURGICAL AND CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT. THE CONTRACT IS AWARDED IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE GOVERNMENT USING BEST VALUE AS PRIMARILY AND PRICE AS SECONDARY FACTOR OF AWARD. UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.301 GOVERNMENTS HAS DETERMINED THAT ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE DEFINED CONDITIONS. THEREFORE, THIS IS A NOTICE OF AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE PRICE QUOTE (RFQ) THAT HAS BEEN MET. ANY RESPONSE TO THIS NOICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. THE CONTRACT AWARD IS MADE USING SAP.END OF ANNOUNCEMENT.
