This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and a written solicitation is attached to this notice. This is notice of the Government's intent to issue a sole source purchase order to Mayfran International Incorporated (Cage: 1G0D0) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. Description of Requirements: Line Item 0001: 2-1/2" Pitch Chip Conveyor to replace Mayfran S/N 920318 per drawing C25394-A, painted machine tool gray. Electrical controls are not included. This conveyor is used in conjunction with a Henri-Line machine tool (01 EA). Line Item 0002: 2-1/2" Pitch Chip Conveyor to replace Mayfran S/N 920318 per drawing C25395-A, painted machine tool gray.
