The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement by means of a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work. The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to complete the contract in a ssatisfactory and acceptable manner and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Prime Contractor and sub-contractors are required to have Top Secret cleatance to access these locations.
