This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the selected offeror(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”). The State is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a web-based database (“Database”) for the collection and maintenance of Maryland Family Planning Program (MFPP) encounter-level data from all clinic sites. This will include clients’ demographics, date of service, and reproductive health services provided, contraceptives dispensed, and counseling provided. MFPP and all Title X grantees are required to submit data to the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) through the Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR).
