The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue RFQP0P01301400081 for the provision of subsistence meat products to the Federal Detention Center located in Miami, Florida. Delivery is required on or after July 1, 2014. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database in the System for Award Management at http://www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required to complete their registrations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications http://www.sam.gov or provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their quote. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award.
