Media Spokesperson Training

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, National Capital Region (NCR). Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Media Spokesperson Training session to CSC employees as identified by the Issues Management and Media relations team. Objectives: To develop and deliver Media Spokesperson Training to CSC employees as identified by the Issues Management and Media relations team. Deliverables: The Contractor must provide: - An evaluation of each participant's performance on the mock interview to be provided to the PA; - A course agenda, Power Point presentation and training manuals, approved by PA to be used in the delivery of the courses; - Exercises and scenarios for each participant; - A participant attendance list signed for each express half day training as well as a participant attendance list signed in the morning and in the afternoon for each of the two days to the PA or designated replacement; - Soft copies of the recorded interview simulations to the PA via e-mail or in another mutually agreed manner ; - access to a studio for in-person recorded interviews with all required equipment when required.
