Medical Clinic Expansion

The Macklin & District Medical Committee is inviting qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for the construction of an expansion to the existing Macklin Medical Clinic. Preliminary drawings for the proposed expansion have been completed and will be provided to proponents as part of the Request for Proposal package. The Committee is seeking a qualified general contractor capable of completing the project in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner, with construction anticipated to commence in Summer 2027, subject to final approvals, funding, and project scheduling. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, subcontractors, permits, coordination, and other requirements necessary to complete the project in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
