Tompkins County is seeking proposals from OASAS Certified agencies for the staffing and operation of a Medically Supervised Outpatient Clinic (3520) program with preference given to proposals including supplemental Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). This RFP is being issued in the total annual amount of $168,545 for 2024, with renewal subject to compliance with OASAS and Tompkins County reporting requirements and program performance reviews. Eligible providers may submit a proposal for this RFP alone, or in conjunction with proposals for one or both of the following open RFPs (proposals should be submitted separately). Preference may be given to organizations applying for multiple RFPs, if practical and feasible. Medically Supervised Withdrawal Services – Inpatient (3039) and Residential Services – Stabilization (3600) Primary Prevention Services (5520) Up to $50,845 in additional combined funding from Tompkins County may be available for the Primary Prevention Services (5520) RFP and the Medically Supervised Outpatient Clinic (3520) RFP, contingent upon legislative approval.
