Menifee Town Center Specific plan

The Santa Rosa Academy New Elementary Classroom Project involves the construction of a two-story, 28,453-square-foot building at 27587 La Piedra Road in Menifee, California. This facility will feature 17 elementary classrooms, staff offices, and a central assembly area, designed to be visually compatible with existing campus structures. The project aims to increase the academy's total enrollment capacity from 1,720 to 2,032 students, specifically adding 217 to the average daily attendance. The City of Menifee approved the project on July 23, 2025, following an environmental review under CEQA that included an Environmental Impact Report and a Mitigated Negative Declaration. Additionally, the City of Menifee has approved Conditional Use Permit No. PLN 25-0100 for a 16,500-square-foot Planet Fitness facility within the Town Center Specific Plan area. Located on a 1.43-acre site west of Sprouts Farmers Market and south of Wendy's, this project includes the installation of new concrete walkways and irrigated landscaping. Approved on November 6, 2025, the Planet Fitness project is subject to the mitigation monitoring and reporting plan established in Environmental Impact Report No. 2010-152. Both projects are managed by the City of Menifee Community Development Department.
