INTRODUCTION
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE

DESCRIPTION
The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), California Water Science Center (CAWSC), requires quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) analyses of cyanobacteria DNA as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

RELEVANT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, and associated size standard $19.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code F999, Other Environmental Services.
