Methane Surface Emissions Monitoring

The County of Sacramento, through its Department of Waste Management and Recycling, is soliciting a consultant to provide methane surface emissions monitoring services at the Kiefer Landfill facility in Sloughhouse, California. The selected consultant will operate as an independent contractor and is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, safety plans, and technical reports. All work products generated during the project remain the sole property of the County.
