The Northampton County Housing Authority ("NCHA") invites electronic proposals from qualified, properly certified firms for on-call lead evaluation, risk assessment, design, independent clearance, hazard control, abatement, and related repairs in HCV and NCHA-owned or managed properties throughout Northampton County. HUD funding is anticipated; experience with HUD-funded work in occupied housing is preferred.
