Methodist Children's Homes of Mississippi, Inc. (MCH) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide comprehensive grant administration and compliance services for a Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) portfolio totaling 3,375,709.33. The portfolio consists of four specific grants: the Mental Health Clinic Revitalization Grant, the Therapeutic Residential Facilities Grant, the Healing Arts Program, and the Trauma-Informed Transitional Living Program. The selected administrator will act as a technical advisor and compliance partner, managing federal procurement support, Davis-Bacon labor standards, Section 3 compliance, financial management, and the overall monitoring and closeout process. The contract requires strict adherence to federal and state regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200, 24 CFR Part 75, and Mississippi state procurement laws.
