(MCH) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide comprehensive grant administration and compliance services for a Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) portfolio totaling $3,375,709.33. The portfolio consists of four specific grants: the Mental Health Clinic Revitalization Grant, Therapeutic Residential Facilities Grant, Healing Arts Program, and the Trauma-Informed Transitional Living Program. The selected administrator will act as a technical advisor and compliance partner, managing federal procurement support, Davis-Bacon labor standards, Section 3 compliance, financial management, and audit readiness. The contract period begins upon execution and continues through the completion, monitoring resolution, and closeout of the covered grants.
