The IARPA Solutions Marketplace, solicitation IARPA-OT-26-001, is a long-term open-call initiative managed by the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity in conjunction with the Applied Research Institute. The program aims to solicit, assess, and curate innovative technology solutions from industry, academia, and individual providers to support the Intelligence Community in areas such as secure communications and AI cybersecurity. The marketplace serves as a digital venue where government organizations can identify and procure relevant solutions through rapid acquisition pathways. The submission window is open from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with monthly collection cutoffs. Eligible participants must submit an unclassified solution video no longer than five minutes, a completed automated submission form, and a five-slide package following the Appendix C requirements. Submissions are evaluated by a peer panel of subject matter experts based on overall technical merit (45 percent), mission impact (30 percent), problem definition (15 percent), and the proposed pricing model (10 percent). Solutions designated as awardable by the Government Selecting Official are characterized as post-competitive and become eligible for further research, prototyping, and production awards. Once placed in the marketplace, awardable solutions remain valid for 24 months.
