The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Engineering Services Division (ESD), is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a new Digital Video Recorder (DVR) system to replace the current obsolete system utilized on the MH-65E rotary-wing aircraft platforms. The existing recording capabilities on board the USCG rotary wing platforms have reached obsolescence and are no longer supportable.
