Solicitation SPE7M516R0050 is a request for 100 hybrid microcircuits under NSN 5962-01-283-9004. This acquisition is conducted as other than full and open competition because the government lacks complete technical data, restricting procurement to approved sources Raytheon and Natel Engineering. The required delivery timeframe is 455 days to a distribution detachment in Columbus, Ohio, with inspection and acceptance occurring at destination and shipping terms set as FOB Origin under the First Destination Transportation Program. First Article Testing is not required, and the solicitation does not include a quantity option or reverse auctioning. Award decisions will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance, adhering to QSLD and QTSL guidelines for semiconductors and electronic microcircuits. Due to export-control regulations, eligibility is limited to JCP certified suppliers or those licensed by the Departments of State or Commerce.
