If a response is received that meets the Government's requirement, and analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicates that a competitive acquisiition would be more advantageous to the Government, a formal solicitation may be issued. No solicitation document exists for the requirement. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to Micro Focus (US) Inc.
