This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is W81K0026QA242 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20260702.
