17JAN23 - Extended RFQ Close Date This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.06, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B23Q0125 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The associated NAICS Code is 339113 size standard 750 employees. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, PA GRASSLAND, SOIL AND WATER RESEARCH LABORATORY requires a Microwave Digestor. See Attachment 001 included in the clauses and provisions document for more detail. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are further detailed in the attached clauses and provisions document. Transmittal Summary Letter. A summary cover letter (can be text body of quote email) should provide at a minimum: 1.1. Offeror generated Quote Reference Number, Quote Expiration Date, Business Name, ueiSAM Number, and Quote Point of Contact (name and email address.) 1.2. Statement confirming active SAM.gov registration and completion of FAR 52.204-24 representations.
