Amendment 4: Adds two attachments (Questions and Answers MEUAS III and the Attendee List for Industry Day) This final amendment adds the Attendees List and responses to questions submitted after the 3 December 2014 Industry Day and one-on-one meetings for the Mid-Endurance Unmanned Aircraft System (MEUAS III). U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) appreciates the exceptional turnout and participation by Industry in this event. Several questions may not be fully answered until release of the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS); however, the Q&As have been answered to information currently available for release. USSOCOM anticipates release of a Draft Solicitation Notice with the draft RFP and attachments (PWS, Notional CLINs, Capabilities Demonstration Document/Range Information, Incentive Suggestion, etc.) estimated to post by 17 February 2015. The draft will be released for 10 days for review and input, particularly a request for input on incentives by industry. Due to the late release of the Q&As and time to review responses from the Draft Solicitation, USSOCOM estimates the final solicitation to publish by 13 March for a period of 45 days. The award date has also shifted right with an estimated date of award of 15 November 2015. These dates are a best estimate and may be subject to change. No further response will be accepted for the Industry Day posting; however, it will not be archived immediately as it may be sought for information purposes.
