Mid-Life Bus Refurbishment

The City of Regina is seeking qualified vendors to perform the mid-life refurbishment of up to twenty-two low-floor conventional Nova transit buses under solicitation number SK-COR25-00172. Proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@regina.ca no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on May 6, 2026, and must be clearly marked with the solicitation number in the header. The resulting contract will have an initial term of one year with the possibility of extension for up to six additional years under the same terms and conditions. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, with no exceptions unless otherwise specified. Although there will be no public opening of submissions, the names of all responding firms will be published on the Sasktenders website.
