Mid-Town Area/Specific Plan Initial Study/Initial Environmental Checklist/Negative Declaration

The Mid-Town Area Plan is a mutual regulatory framework established by the City of South Lake Tahoe and the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency to govern land use and environmental objectives across approximately 780 to 784 acres in central South Lake Tahoe.
