MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130N Compliant Labeling and UID Marking

The contract requires compliance with MIL-STD-130N for the application of permanent, machine-readable unique item identifiers on equipment and components, ensuring each item is traceable through Data Matrix codes that meet Department of Defense standards. Simultaneously, it mandates adherence to MIL-STD-129 for the labeling of shipping containers, which includes accurate and standardized marking to support logistics and inventory management across the supply chain. All labeling and marking must be integrated with the Web-Based Application for Workflow and Fulfillment system to enable automated data exchange and real-time tracking of materiel from delivery to end use. This work is performed as a subcontract under the Defense Logistics Agency, with the North American Industry Classification System code 541690 indicating it falls under Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services, and is intended to ensure seamless, standardized identification and documentation across military logistics operations.
