Milam Residence- French Drain Installation

Cherokee Nation Cultural and Economic Development, L.L.C. is soliciting bids for the installation of a French drain system and associated remediation work at the Milam Residence in Claremore, Oklahoma, under solicitation number Procurement #164745. The scope of work includes excavation to the footing along a basement wall, installation of a 6-inch drainpipe wrapped with GC-250 fabric and backfilled with clean rock, tuck pointing and sealing of brick veneer, reconstruction of a retaining wall using 8-inch CMU blocks, removal and replacement of a TPO roof with proper flashing, grading and seeding of disturbed areas, and repair of interior walls, windows, and ceilings, with full site cleanup required.
