Full Description

This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for a non-competitive contract to be negotiated with Jackpine Technologies. In order to reduce development time and costs of software intensive systems as well as increase the software quality, an agile integration and test cloud environment is required. This cloud environment requires a cloud orchestration and automated Virtual Machine (VM) deployment capability. This capability is called Hanscom milCloud and uses the Government developed provisioning tool, CONS3RT, which allows for the provisioning tools to assist in development and execution of software in a Continuous Integration Environment (CIE). This CIE can be utilized for multiple Programs of Record (PoRs) that leverage this capability.
