Offutt AFB is seeking sources capable of filling the following requirement: This is not an official solicitation Assist commanders, military personnel and their families, and DoD Civilian employees in managing the demands for the military mission and family, particularly as they relate to school isssues, kindergarten through 12th grade. Also, will assist and help parents of school-age children understand the local educational community, and act as an advocate and intermediary between the parents, the military community, and local school districts. Duties will be performed in the Airmen and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC), under the supervision of the Director, A&FR; and other on and off-base facilities, as required.
