Mill Valley Middle School Modernization Project

The Mill Valley Middle School Modernization Project, located at 425 Sycamore Avenue in Mill Valley, California, focuses on the comprehensive rehabilitation and expansion of campus facilities. Under the approved EIR Alternative 5, the project involves the renovation of the 92,000 square foot Main Building and the 15,200 square foot Multi-Purpose/Gymnasium Building, with a specific focus on infrastructure improvements and interior and exterior finish materials. Key additions include the construction of a new 4,000 square foot STEM building and the installation of a sub-slab depressurization system beneath the existing structures.
