This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a need to purchase a total of 10 non-ITAR controlled mini night vision monocular (Part number SNVGMM2) with Photonis Gen 2+ intensifier tube case, eyecup, battery adapter and head mount. This acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. Delivery must be less than 30 days ARO.
