THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS UNRESTRICTED. THE NAICS CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 237990.
THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $25,000,000 AND $100,000,000.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 22.502-2(D), AN EXCEPTION HAS BEEN GRANTED FOR THE USE OF A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS AS REQUIRED UNDER RFO 22.502-1. THEREFORE, A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS ACQUISITION.
