The requirements is to furnish one fully crewed and equipped hydraulic pipeline cutterhead or water injection dredge on a rental basis for the subject contract. Work will be performed in the New Orleans Harbor Reach of the Mississippi River. The estimated value of this work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicitation will issue on or about 30 January 2017, and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code: 237990.
