Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-DPD) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Mitsui Seiki (USA) Inc. of Franklin, New Jersey, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1), only one source reasonably available. This requirement is for the repair and installation of the spindle and shaft for the Mitsui Seiki Jig Bore. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. The solicitation number for this requirement will be issued as a request for quote (RFQ) W912NW-18-T-0036. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 and has a size standard of $7.5M.
