Provide design services, plans, and specifications to replace approximately a 1000 lineal feet portion of the Station 508 cast iron force main originally installed in 1952. The entire 20-inch force main is located outside of government property. Recent breaks have required around-the clock vactor truck operation to transport the sanitary sewer effluent to gravity manholes located within the city of Portsmouth collection system. A FY-20 project will determine the most cost effective replacement technology as well as the preferred route.
