Project Title: Bldg. - 1405 Working Platform Around Chiller Funding Source: CNIC Funded FY Requested: FY24, Q4 Project Details/SOW: An informal site visit with a third-party fall-protection specialist revealed that the existing equipment is unsatisfactory for its intended purpose, even with the original recommended clamps. Guidance/specifications from a fall protection engineer and/or a structural engineer is highly recommended to review and design a fix to said platform. Safety would like to attempt to get it paid for with MPHA money if that is possible. EV Comments: Conduct NEPA review. RPM Comments: Approved. APM Comments: No concerns at this time.
