This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF26QA018 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 1250 EMP. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 26 June 2026, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way BLDG M, Concord NH, 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

Must meet the following salient characteristics:
- Includes mobile audiology headset, tablet with wifi/internet capabilities, calibration output check fixture, with micro USB chargers and cables, and quick start guide all bundled in a padded, durable, rugged, and protective case.
- Headset and tablet need to maintain 8 full hours of a charge.
- Mobile headset needs to have a tablet to operate the headset.
- Headset/tablet must be capable of doing multiple test procedures including: Audiometric testing and hearing protector fit testing.
- High attenuation range should be 32-40 dB for octave bands ranging 250-8000 Hz.
- Hearing tests need to take less than 11 minutes and fit testing need to be less than 6 minutes.
- Shipping, handling, and 12 months of software access should be included in total cost.
