Mobile Medical Clinic Vehicle

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is soliciting proposals under RFP 739-SL3838904 for a turnkey Mobile Medical Clinic Vehicle to support community healthcare, preventive care, vaccinations, and clinical examinations. The scope of work includes the provision of a base vehicle and a comprehensive medical conversion featuring an accessibility lift, HVAC and electrical systems, cabinetry, an exam area, plumbing, and a vaccine refrigerator. Proposers may also provide optional pricing for a generator and exterior graphics, such as full vehicle wraps or partial decals. The contract requires the supplier to provide operator training on vehicle systems and maintenance. The anticipated term of the agreement begins upon execution and expires on August 31, 2027.
