Please do not submit a bid or no-bid reply.The posting is valid for 72 consecutive hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.The Department opened bids received in response to DOR ITB 25/26-83 for Mobile On-site Shredding Services, on May 15, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.All five vendors submitting bids were determined to be both responsive and responsible and therefore all were award contracts as indicated on the attached Bidder Tabulation Sheet and Award Spreadsheet. Awards were made to the two lowest responsive and responsible bidders in each County per Section 3.16, Notice of Agency Decision of the ITB. Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Award will commence on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. and continue for 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, until Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 4:30 P.M.Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
