The pacemakers must be new, original equipment manufacturer products, with no used, refurbished, or remanufactured items permitted, and delivery is to be made to various VHA locations upon receipt of individual orders, with FOB Destination terms. Packaging and marking must ensure safe delivery via common carriers, with each shipment labeled to indicate container sequence and include the IFCAP PO number and total containers. Electronic invoice submission via designated email contacts is mandatory, and while no specific COR or COTR is named, the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist are identified as Sara Vickroy and Trevor Mason, respectively. No contract value is estimable due to placeholder pricing in the CLINs, which are for evaluation purposes only and do not obligate the Government.
