Mobile SCBA Fill Trailer

The Virginia Department of Fire Programs is soliciting bids for the procurement of one custom-built, fully operational Mobile SCBA Fill Trailer to provide on-site breathing air support for the Chief Safety Officer during emergency response operations. The required unit must be an Alumi-Line custom trailer measuring 14 feet in length, 80 inches in width, and 84 inches in height, featuring an all-aluminum body with red skin and tandem 3500-lb Dexter axles. Key technical specifications include a diesel-driven 6000-psi, 25-CFM breathing air compressor, a four-bank cascade control system, four UN/ISO 6000-psi cylinders, and 100-foot high-pressure and low-pressure hose reels with MSA quick-connect to CGA-347 fill adapters.
