All materials must be delivered in undamaged, manufacturer-sealed packaging and stored according to manufacturer instructions, with 100 percent of uncontaminated packaging materials salvaged or recycled. The scope includes assisting the City with final SCADA and electrical connectivity, while the City handles the final landing of conductors and system integration. Bids must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov portal by 3:30 p.m. on August 12, 2026, using only City-provided forms with all blanks completed and no alterations to printed text.
