This is an Option type order with a base testing and 3 Options for a period of one year. This requirement is sole sourced to Applied Research Associates Inc. (ARA), 4300 San Mateo Blvd. NE, Suite A-220, Albuquerque, NM 87110 as the only vendor capable of performing due to expansion of existing system and propietary knowledge of the system and reports. The same modeling and simulation techniques and methods must be used to be consistent with prior work for comparison purposes.
